Kaniesha Harrison is an accomplished leader with a proven record of guiding organizations through complex operations and compliance needs. She brings 20 years of customer service expertise, over 10 years of business operations and executive support experience, and 5 years of contract management and compliance oversight to her role as CEO of Harrison Legacy Solutions.
 

Her career includes supporting executive leadership with audits, strengthening compliance systems, and developing workflows that improved accountability and efficiency. In her compliance roles, she worked closely with healthcare providers, government programs, and interagency teams to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely resolution of member and client needs.
 

Kaniesha also gained hands-on procurement and vendor management experience through her entrepreneurial ventures, giving her a unique perspective on how to bridge both government and private sector requirements.
 

As the Chief Executive Officer of Harrison Legacy Solutions, she leads with focus and integrity—delivering business support, contract management, and property services designed to simplify processes, ensure compliance, and help clients achieve lasting success.
