She has built workflows that improved accountability, tightened documentation, and made it easier for teams to stay organized and compliant. In her compliance roles, she worked closely with healthcare providers, government programs, and cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, timely follow-up, and a positive experience for both employees and members.
