Meet the CEO

Kaniesha Harrison is an experienced operations and compliance leader with a strong track record of helping organizations manage people, processes, and paperwork with clarity and care. She brings 20 years of customer service expertise, over 10 years of business operations and executive support experience, and 5 years of contract management and compliance oversight to her role as CEO of Harrison Legacy Solutions.
 

Throughout her career, Kaniesha has supported executive teams through audits, onboarding projects, and high-stakes operational changes. She has built workflows that improved accountability, tightened documentation, and made it easier for teams to stay organized and compliant. In her compliance roles, she worked closely with healthcare providers, government programs, and cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, timely follow-up, and a positive experience for both employees and members.
 

Her entrepreneurial work has also given her hands-on experience with vendor management, coordination with outside partners, and navigating government and private sector requirements—all of which inform the way HLS supports hiring and workforce readiness today.
 

As CEO of Harrison Legacy Solutions, Kaniesha now focuses on one central mission: making the employee onboarding and drug testing process easier, clearer, and more reliable for employers. She leads HLS in providing organized, compliance-minded support that helps agencies, contractors, and businesses move new hires through the door—with the right paperwork completed, training tracked, and drug testing coordinated—so teams can focus on reaching their goals with confidence.
