Note: Drug test pricing varies by test type and location. We confirm total testing cost with you before scheduling.

New Hire Readiness Support

HLS Service Fee:  $175 per new hire


Optional add-ons:

  • Rush start (start date within 48 hours):  +$75

  • Extra scheduling support for first-day meetings (if needed):  +$40

  • Returning employee setup (rehire):  $95

New Hire Ready Bundle + Ongoing Support

HLS Service Fee:  $225 per new hire


Includes: All New Hire Readiness Support tasks + All Drug Test Coordination tasks + one clear readiness status update

Pilot Option (30 Days)

  • $299 setup + $175 per new hire processed
    (Includes full New Hire Ready support + weekly readiness updates during the pilot month)

Drug Test Coordination

HLS Service Fee:

  • $35 per drug test order (standard scheduling)

  • $55 per order (rush scheduling: same/next business day)

  • $20 reschedule fee (only if a new appointment is needed due to a no-show/cancellation)

Optional Add-On Support

Onboarding Toolkit Setup (One-Time)
You’re paying a one-time fee for HLS to create ready-to-use documents and messages for your hiring process, written in your company’s own wording and tone.

“Using your approved language” = your wording.
It means we’ll use:

  • Your company name, policies, and instructions

  • The exact wording you want candidates to see

  • Any compliance wording you already use (or want to use)

Starter Toolkit — $150 (one-time)
A basic set of hiring/onboarding templates, such as:

  • Welcome email to new hires

  • Onboarding instructions message

  • Document request email / reminder message

  • Simple onboarding checklist

Expanded Toolkit — $300 (one-time)
A more complete toolkit, including everything in Starter plus:

  • Basic offer letter template

  • Manager “first day” checklist / instructions

  • More follow-up messages (missing docs, reminders, next steps)

  • A more complete onboarding packet/checklist set

Other add-ons:

  • 30-day check-ins and completion tracking: $75 per new hire

  • Exit/offboarding paperwork coordination (if requested): $95 per employee

Notes

  • No payroll or HR system access required.

  • HLS provides coordination and tracking using the client’s approved secure process.

  • Employer remains responsible for employment decisions and compliance sign-offs (including I-9 requirements).
